Label Formats
When a report requires a format other than a standard list user intervention is necessary. Examples of these times are when printing:,
Barcode labels,
Library membership cards,
Equipment barcode labels, and
Mailing labels.
When a report requires a label the following window will appear before the report is previewed.
If any of the label definitions need to be adjusted to fit your printer first you will select the label and click edit. You can now change any of the label parameters but we suggest only changing the value of the horizontal and vertical settings.
Changing one or more of these setting may be necessary but only when printing spine and pocket labels and Catalog Cards.
