Program Options
File -> Setup -> Program Options

Enter the values to automatically prime a new entry for these selected fields. If no default is selected you may have problems when attempting to do some of the programs functions.

Setup the defaults for:
  • adding a new resource,
  • backup options,
  • keyword options if checked and how to build the keyword field.



    There is also the option of adding to or replacing what data exists when running
    the process to change all resources keywords.

    For keywords there is the option of automatically adding to keywords, never adding to keywords or being asked what you would like to do with each and every new entry.
