Acquisition Report Options
Determine what you would like to view and print a report. The only standard is the format of the report. Using the power of query designer you can see exactly what you would like allowing you to see any or all of your resources and how they were acquired. This report has the value of each resource and if the resource was acquired through a Book Fair the cost will be on the report in the last column. The totals of each is at the bottom.
Having a complete report listing every volume and tape the Media Library has will be valuable for insurance claims.
