Tagging:
The tagging function is used in different areas of the application. The one thing in common between them is once the selections are tagged there is a command button to process the tagged records.
Not all of the command buttons will not be on every window having tagging. The bottom button with the caption Show Tagged may not be located exactly like that but will be very close.
Untag - untag the currently tagged record.
Tag - tag the currently selected record.
Flip - reverse tag condition of selected record. May not be used!
Prev(ious) Tag(ged) - go back to tagged record. May not be used!
Tag All - tag all records in the list box
Untag All - untag all tagged records in the list box
Flip All - reverse all tags to untagged and untagged records to tagged. May not be used!
Next Tag - move to the next tagged record down. May not be used!
Clicking on the selected record will either tag or untag depending on its current state. The next record will automatically be highlighted but not tagged. When using the mouse to tag remember to click on the tag box. If you click on any other column the record will not be tagged.
Show Tagged (Show All) - show only tagged records. Or show all records if only tagged are showing.
