Church Calendar
The church calendar is for the activities of the church. This can be worship and Bible study schedules plus the reservation of church resources. For example the church van for a senior outing, or the sanctuary for a wedding and the fellowship hall for the reception.
To open the calendar and schedule from the main menu bar click: Schedule > Church > Calendar View. The calendar on the right top is used to navigate through the month, from month to month, and year to year. You can select prior months and years. Click a day on the calendar to jump to the day in any view, either the wall calendar or the daily schedule.
Optionally select a resource that this reminder will utilize. (See Resources in the next section.)
Enter the date and the reminder topic. We suggest that prefixing the reminder with the time will help the calendar sorting. Use AM or PM, or military time to assure the correct order.
Your churches resources are maintained and selected from this window. What your resources are is determined by your churches need and physical assets. There are a few suggested resources that may or may not be useful for your church.
