Count Envelopes
Two pieces of information are needed to get an accurate count of the number of giving envelopes that will be needed. Inactive members will be ignored.
First, enter the year you want to use as criteria. Normally it will be the current year which is the default value.
Second, enter the minimum value a member has given. This is the total of all their giving history of the year entered in the first data field.
Click the Count Button to start the process. The results will be displayed and you will have the opportunity to save the results.
