Entering History The default view will show all members, either active or inactive, and regardless of their type of membership. If necessary you may use the Query Wizard to limit the number of members view.

You can also save different tag sets. You may have a tag set for all of the members who normally attend. Or a tag set for all active members. There can be as many tag sets as you need.
Once the members are tagged the next step is to click the process button. You must have entered a service and a date. For example: Morning or First Service.
First click the Insert button to create a new tag set. Now enter a name that makes sense to you and others. For example: Active Members, or Primary Contact. Others will understand what the tag set includes.
Once the tag set is defined and saved there are no tags in the set. The count will be zero (0). Click the Save button which will add all of the tagged records to the current set.
Click the Load Tags button to see a list of all the currently defined tag sets. If the count column is zero (0) then there are no members yet assigned to that tag set.
Once a tag set has been loaded then one or more others may be loaded too. The loaded tagged members will be merged with the existing tagged members creating a larger set. If the tag set Married Only were loaded first and the Not Married loaded second the two would merge and every member would be tagged. (This would be true in the sample data records. Your data may be different.)
