To change the columns used for sorting simply click in the column title, in this case Full Name. The data is now in order by full name from A to Z. The column with focus will have blue text in the current version.

Hide Column
There may be some data columns included in a list box you may not want to see, either temporarily or permanently! You can hide a visible column by clicking the left mouse button any place on the column header and holding down the CTRL key. This opens a menu allowing you to select the column to hide or restore. Any changes made will be retained by the program from one session to the next.
