Initialize Envelopes
When Easy Church Membership is opened on or after the first day of the New Year the program will display a message indicating the member envelopes for this year must be initialized. This process will remove the envelope number from last year and put the new envelope number in its place. The chances a member will have the same number is last year is none. A warning will display asking the user if this is the action desired.
Clicking the Yes Button on the first warning message will trigger a second warning message.
Clicking the Yes Button on this message will start the process. Please understand this action can not be undone. The only way to go back is to have had a recent backup available. If you have a backup it can be restored.
