This tool was designed for the church to contact any of the members of either committees or ministries. A church member may belong to more than one ministry or committee. The Member Picker allows the user to select an individual from one ministry and not be concerned their name will be listed on another ministry.
Click the icon with the single pointer ">" to move her to the recipient list. (Click the double pointer ">>" to move all the listed ministry members to the recipient list.) The icons with the single or double pointer removes the highlighted recipient or all of the recipients.
This avoids the possibility of the same person getting the same letter or email. If the contents of the message is identical, even if directed to members of different ministries, each person should only receive one message. In our sample database Karen Baker belongs to Adults in Missions and the F.A.I.T.H. If her name is added to the recipient list, on the right, her name is no longer available in the Ministry Members list in the center.
