In our sample church their mid-week Bible study is Discipleship. The "Maintain Discipleship Name" image shows all of the Bible study classes offered. The Sabbath Bible study name is Sunday School. If you will maintaining the Sunday School list of classes the window title will be "Maintain Sunday School Name".
Mid-Week Classes and Members
Enter the unique name of the class. The room number and time the classes meets. These three fields are required and must have data before the record may be saved.
The top Quick List button will print a list of all class information.
The bottom Quick List button will print a list of all the members of the currently selected class..
Update Mid-Week Class Names
The age group is used to be able to group like classes together in reports. The name of the class teacher is selected from the member file. The mid-week has one additional field the Sabbath record does not have. It is Current. The use of the Current check box allows the prior names to be hidden when not in use. At a later time, may be years, if the class is added to current curriculum all that needs to be down is to add the check to the Current check box. When entering a new class definition there will be a check by default.
