At some point you will want to purge the Bible study history file. Because the statistical charts only look back four years including the current year there is no reason to keep any history older than four years. There are actually two Bible study history files, one for the Sabbath and one for mid-week.
To purge the file first enter the date to start the purge and click the Purge button to start the process. The program will ask once if this is what you want to do. If the process is not aborted then every historical record that is equal or less than the date entered will be permanently deleted from the Bible study history file and Easy Church Memberships database.
