Purge History
At some point you will want to purge the worship history file. Because the statistical charts only look back four years including the current year there is no reason to keep any history older than four years.
To purge the file first enter the date to start the purge and click the Purge button to start the process. The program will ask once if this is what you want to do. If the process is not aborted then every historical record that is equal or less than the date entered will be permanently deleted from the worship history file and Easy Church Memberships database.
