The Sabbath and mid-week attendance is entered the same way.  When the window opens first select the class by name from the Select Class drop list.  As soon as a class has been selected the window will refresh to display all of the members currently assigned to that class.

New with version 2.3 the information will be added to a Sunday School member history file.

NOTE: For those who have version 2.2 or older you can update your member attendance history.  The class attendance sheets can be used to enter the past history for each member. You do not want to effect the Last Date attended in the member file so it is important you enter past history in chronological order starting with the oldest.

Along with the individual members attendance history there is a report designer and cross tab spread sheet designer.  These two report options give you to tools to create and save your own custom reports and spread sheets.  In addition you may use the Query Wizard to drill down to exactly what you would like to view.
