Spreadsheet Wizard Use a simple, intuitive interface to quickly create and save an unlimited number of spreadsheet layouts which may be dynamically populated with data at any time. Select from an existing sort or create your own sorting on up to three levels. Publish web documents (in lieu of spreadsheet files) using the common spreadsheet layouts. Create ASCII or DBF export files (in lieu of spreadsheet files) using the common spreadsheet layouts. Dynamically populate customized spreadsheets for editing in the Excel Workbook Designer, or any registered spreadsheet software capable of editing Excel XLS files. Optionally create spreadsheets, web pages or export files representing the current list box.
![]() Yes to include all data fields
There are two options: The default option is the Yes button. Click to include every column being displayed in the windows list box in the report.
![]() Select Spread Sheet Destination
You now have to select a Spreadsheet Destination Option. The default format is an Excel spreadsheet. Microsoft Excel 98 and greater are supported. If you do not have Microsoft Excel on your computer you can still save in Excel format. If you have another spreadsheet you can save the file in ASCII comma separated format which can be imported into many spreadsheet programs.
Other possibilities are HTML and Dbase 3.
If you do not use the default but select the Excel Spreadsheet or any of the others a file name is required. Click the Launch checkbox if you would like the associated application to start with your saved data displayed.
If No is clicked when the Spreadsheet Format window is displayed a custom spreadsheet can be designed using the Spreadsheet Layout window. This is used exactly like the Report Designer. Please refer to the instructions for the Report Designer.
![]() Click No to the Spread Sheet Format
When the Select button is clicked the Select a Spreadsheet Destination Option is displayed with the same options as listed above.
![]() Select an optional spread sheet template
When the row data contains numeric data only an Excel template file may be used to graph the displayed data. There may be a possible use for this feature when exporting the Batch Update Donations data.
