Statistical Analysis The saying "A picture is worth a thousand words." is true when it comes to viewing numbers. There are a few among us who are blessed with an analytical mind that can look at numerical data and know exactly what it means. Then there's us!
Easy Church Membership has a tool to help show the two most important statistical areas of a churches ministry: tithing and attendance. Types of graphs: 1. Pie chart - we use a pie chart to show information within a user defined date range. 2. Line graph - we use a line graph to show information over a year with information of each month. Right click on this graph to change it to either a vertical bar graph or a Pareto graph. Common graph features: 1. Copy to memory, 2. Change graph type, (not the pie chart) 3. Print to default printer, 4. Save to file.
Total annual tithing and total annual attendance, worship and Sunday School are viewed using the line graph. This graph can be changed to a bar graph or a Pareto. The data displayed will be the current year to date and the past three years.
The pie graph is used to view worship service attendance totals, and fund analysis totals.
