Changing Sort Order
Many of the list boxes allow the user to change the sort, in either ascending or descending order. The column with the control is colored burgundy. Ascending and descending order is signified by a plus sign (+) or minus sign (-). The list box on the left is the default sort view when opened.
To change the columns used for sorting simply click in the column title, in this case Full Name. The data is now in order by full name from A to Z.
