A new feature introduced with version 6.0 is being able to play audio and video files that are located on your hard drive or removal drives.  Once your player is defined you will be able to play the file format associated with your default player.  Every Windows installation has Windows Media Player as part of the default installation.  This player can play both audio and video files of specific formats.

This list may be incomplete as of this date and will certainly be incorrect and incomplete a year from now.  Allowing the user to select his/her favorite player will keep RCL Music Ministry a productive and useful application for the future.  It is independent of the operating system and the system defaults.

The second step is to add a file path for a CD Track related to a collection.  A collection does not have to be a CD or DVD.  It can be a song book containing individual songs.  Each of these songs can have a CD Track with one audio or video file associated to it.  Using this method a song from the song file can have an unlimited number of song files related to it.
