Song List
Understanding how to use the Song list is the heart of the RCL Music Ministry program. It is here you will select the music to be performed on a specific date. There can be any number of dates but only one can be maintained at one time.
Enter a new date or select from the list of current dates. Select one of the Ensemble and/or a soloist to filter the current data.
There are buttons to perform specific functions. They are as follows:
| • | Update History - click this button to update all related history; copyright, song, and collection for the selected date. |
| • | Listing - prints a list of songs for the selected date. |
| • | Lyrics - print all the lyrics for the selected date. |
| • | MS Word - creates a new Microsoft Word document and inserts all the lyrics for the selected date. |
Click on the ellipsis button to select a song from a list of all songs. Check the appropriate button to indicate how the song is to be used. This will be reported to the copyright administrator.
Select the service, AM or PM. The date will be entered for you but may be changed if necessary.
For history purposes optionally:
| • | Select the collection, (CD, tape) from the list. |
| • | Which ensemble performed the song, and/or |
| • | Which soloist performed the song. |
