Email Options


This window display only the contacts who have an e-mail address in the master record.

Select an individual record to add to a mail batch by pressing the shift key and clicking the left mouse button.

If you know how to select files in File Explorer you already know how to select each recipient to add to the mail batch.



To send a message to members of a committee first select the committee name.  Only members who have email will be displayed.  Select any number of the committee members then compose and send.
