Resource
The Calendar and Schedule are new to the Pastor's Study version 6.0. This replaces the Schedule used in earlier versions. The old schedule will still be available for backward compatibility for a very short time.
The new Appointment Calendar and Daily Schedule have a number of features and print options to offer. First each type of resource must be defined. From the main menu bar click Schedule > Define Resources to enter you and your resources.
Each resource is defined by a unique identification number. It is important you define yourself in the number one position. In the image above you will see the Senior Pastor with ID # 1. You do not have to enter any other resource except for yourself. However we have added the ability to enter others to make the Daily Schedule less crowded.
