Daily Schedule
The Daily Schedule is an alternative way of viewing appointments and tasks. This shows a few days at a time but includes each fifteen minutes of the day. In the above example the staff meeting is scheduled to take an hour.
By setting the parameters on this panel the appearance of the Daily Schedule can be customized. Change the length of the work day by starting or ending at a different time. The colors used in the Daily Schedule can be changed. Even the size and style of the font used by the Daily Schedule can be changed.
The changes can be saved to be used in future sessions or used just once and discarded. Click the Default button to restore all the settings and colors to what they were when installed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When changing the date and/or time of a counseling or visitation appointment use the Counseling or Visitation update form to keep both synchronized. Changing either appointment type from this window will NOT update the Counseling or Visitation record.
