Repeating Appointments
An appointment can be scheduled for using a variety of combinations. The default is to not repeat an appointment. The options consist of the following:
Every Day,
Every Week - on one or more selected days as parameters,
Every Month - with two combined parameters,
Every X number of days - enter the number of days between this repeating appointment. There is the option to skip weekends.
Lastly enter the From date and the Until date. If the Until date entered is not the exact date the program will calculate the end date based on the parameters selected.
It is very important to remember to click on the Schedule button. Clicking the Schedule button will generate the appointments using the selected parameters. When deleting a group of Scheduled Repeat Appointments the parameters must be entered exactly at they were when the Repeating Appointment was scheduled. It is suggested that you do not enter too far into the future. Rescheduling and Removing smaller groups are much easier to maintain.
