This is where your personal collection of books, tapes and recordings are cataloged. There are three sections to the entry window.

The first section has to do with the details of the book. The data needed are:
Title - this is required.
Sub title - optional.
Resource - select book, video, audio or periodical.
Author - this is required - lookup to the author list.
Additional authors - optional.
Publisher - this is required - lookup to the publisher list.
Copyright year - optional - found on title page.
Value - optional - important for insurance.
ISBN - optional - found on title page.
Library of Congress Number - optional.
Series name - optional.
Location - this is required - so you can keep track when you loan to others. Suggested Home or Office as two possibilities.

Maintaining for library material is done exactly like the subjects for sermons. Click in the list box to set the focus and press the Insert key. Remember this is a common related data field between sermons and your library.
