Sessions
A counseling session has a date and two comment fields of 5000 characters.
One is for your notes for that session, and possibly the results of recommendations from the last sessions.
The second comment field is for your recommendations for the next session.
This window is for review only.
Adding session information pertaining to each meeting in chronological order keeps them organized and easy to review.
Recommendations are maintained separately which adds to the organization. Because notes and recommendations are not combined a review can be done quickly and accurately.
