Using the class attendance sheet your church is able to track each class member’s attendance.  This window uses the Query Wizard to display only the class members of a selected class.  A query can be designed and saved with each class name allowing a quick and easy way to select a class. Mark the member’s who did attend.  (See Record Marking.)  Enter the date of the class meeting and click the Update button. If the Update button is clicked without a date the process will Abort. The update process will add the Attended Date to the Last Date Attended Sunday School in the member record. Use the Member Report Designer and Query Wizard to write a report with the member names who have not attended Sunday School.

Monthly Sunday School attendance totals may be viewed, printed, copied to memory, and saved as an image file. The type of graph may be changed to a bar or a Pareto chart. The chart will show the current year to date and the last 3 years.  If this year were 2006 you would see ’06, ’05, ’04 and ’03.  Click the checkbox to hide/show.
