Easy Church Membership Family Details

Easy Church Membership is first designed around the family structure. A member can not be entered without belonging to an existing family.

You can also print mailing labels and export a mail merge text file for all marked families by clicking the appropriate button.

The currently selected individual member information can also be accessed by clicking the appropriate button.

The family information is basic. The only required data fields are: the date entered, name, and address. The program defaults for city, state and zip code help speed up the data entry process.

Select the path to a picture file to use when printing the family photo album.

When the new family record is saved the program automatically inserts a new member record with the basic information from the parent family record. At this time we suggest the new member record be edited to complete the necessary information needed by your church.

Microsoft Vista

All of the programs offered by RCL Software are now code signed as is each of our installations. Each has been tested on Microsoft Vista to be sure there were no compatibility problems. We now support these following MS operating systems: 98 Second Edition through Vista.
