The default calendar view displays all staff members’ appointments as a group. This allows one member to see the availability of any other staff member.

An appointment can be scheduled for using a variety of combinations. The default is to not repeat an appointment. The options consist of the following: Every Day, Every Week, Every Month, or Every X number of days.

The Weekly Schedule is an alternative way of viewing appointments and tasks. This shows a few days at a time but includes each fifteen minutes of the day. In the above example the staff meeting is scheduled to take an hour. The staff calendar uses the staff file to sort the each person’s appointments and tasks.

By setting the parameters on this panel the appearance of the Daily Schedule can be customized.  Change the length of the work day by starting or ending at a different time.  The colors used in the Daily Schedule can be changed.  Even the size and style of the font used by the Daily Schedule can be changed. The changes can be saved to be used in future sessions or used just once and discarded.   Click the Default button to restore all the settings and colors to what they were when installed
