Media Library Manager - Check In Detail

The check in process is very much like the check out process.  First select the member from the list of all members who have at least one resource currently checked out.  Click the column heading, number or full name, to use that sort.

Type in the whole number and press enter.  If searching by name it is not necessary to type the entire full name.  Enter the first 3 or 4 letters before pressing enter.  Click the Chk-In button to open the list of all resources that this member has checked out.

If a resource is overdue the number of days and the fine is listed for that resource.  Check the box in the left column then click the Check-In Tagged button.  This will remove from circulation all the resources that were checked.  If the Fine option has been turned on and a fine is due the amount due will be added to a dues receivable table.

On this same window the selected resource can be renewed by clicking on the Renew button.
