RCL Music Ministry - Choir Member Detail
The choir maintenance options are simple, yet through. Enter the name, home address, email address and up to four telephone numbers for each member. 
In addition to the above information you can enter details of each members level of stewardship. Is he or she a vocalist? Which ensembles does this member belong? Soloist? If so you can see their performance history. Instrumentalist? There are also 2 numeric and 2 alpha-numeric user defined fields. 
Below is the Maintain Attendance window. Using this function you can keep attendance records.
