RCL Music Ministry - Song Detail There is also a feature to do a batch check-in of an individual member. The list is has members who have one or more resources checked out. The entries highlighted in red have at least on resource that is overdue. Type in the first few letters of the members last name into the entry field and press the TAB key. 
Click the Member Check In button, select the member by their last name, then click the View button to see all resources checked out for that person. 
Select the resources to check in by clicking the checkbox at the left. Once the resources to be checked in have been tagged click on the Check-In Tagged button to finalize the process.
