Sunday School Administrator Attendance Detail

Maintaining the class attendance history of each individual member is the real reason for Easy Sunday School Administrator. After the class role book has been turned in to the correct staff member updating attendance information is easy. First select the class by name from the dropdown display field. All members of the class will be displayed as will the date they last attended. Next enter the date using our calendar lookup. The members who attended that date must be marked. Click the Select All checkbox to mark all the class members. Unmark the ones who did not attend. Lastly click the Update button. The update process will insert the date in the correct members file record and in the attendance history file.

After entering the date range, up to eight weeks, click a button to print an attendance sheet for every class. This attendance form is filled out by the teacher or any class leader and returned to the church Sunday School ministry office where the Sunday School attendance is updated.

One of the reporting features of Easy Sunday School Administrator is the Cross Tab Wizard. Using this feature you can create an Excel spread sheet, or one of three other file formats, with the total number of attendees for many different options. These include year, quarter, month or date. When there is more than one year in the history file the increase in attendance may be analyzed.
