Appointment and Scheduling Calendar 
 Click to enlarge.To open the calendar and schedule from the main menu bar click: Schedule > Appointment Calendar. This window has two tabs; the first is the calendar view and the second tab is the daily view. Access to the many available functions of the wall calendar view, the wall calendar zoom and the daily schedule is using the right button of the mouse.

The Daily Schedule is an alternative way of viewing appointments and tasks. This shows a few days at a time but includes each fifteen minutes of the day. In the above example the staff meeting is scheduled to take an hour.

 
   
 Click to enlargeEnter the information. You are not limited to just appointments. Using the resource definitions you can categorize an appointment as one of your specific types. For example; task, Bible reading, Counseling, Visitation or any other type you need. The monthly calendar will display all types. The daily schedule view will only show the selected resource type.
